• Head of Greens

  UK department head for living and artificial plant dressing: owns greens look, budget, crew and nursery/hire logistics under the Production Designer / Set Decorator relationship. Also credited as HOD Greens or Head Green

• Greens Chargehand

  Leads a greens crew team under the Head of Greens — often owns a stage, location block or major exterior dress. UK Chargehand grade (not US “Best Boy Greens”).

• Greensperson

  Core UK greens crew: plants, dresses and maintains living and artificial foliage seen on camera.

• Assistant Greens

  Supports Greenspersons and Chargehand on dressing, watering, loads and basic maintenance.

• Greens Trainee

  Entry-level UK greens role learning nursery practice, dressing and set etiquette.

• On-Set Greens

  Standby greens covering the shooting unit: resets, continuity of living elements and last-minute camera notes. Also credited as Standby Greens on some UK shows.

• Plant Buyer

  Sources living and artificial plant stock from nurseries and hire houses to the greens breakdown and budget. Also called Nursery Buyer on some UK shows.
