  Heads the Grips department on UK units: camera support, dollies, cranes, platforms and safe camera rigging — works hand-in-glove with the DoP and Gaffer.

• Dolly Grip

  Operates the dolly and lays/levels track for camera moves (UK A-cam grip specialty on many shows).

• Grip

  Grips crew: track, platforms, camera support, and flags/nets in coordination with electrics — UK Grips grade; confirm title on the call sheet and deal memo.

• Best Boy Grip

  Second to the Key Grip: crew, kit logistics and day-to-day grip running — UK Grips grade; confirm title on the call sheet and deal memo.

• Crane Grip

  Specialises in remote heads, cranes and technocrane support with the Key Grip — UK Grips grade; confirm title on the call sheet and deal memo.

• Grip Trainee

  Entry-level grip trainee learning track, stands and set safety — UK Grips grade; confirm title on the call sheet and deal memo.
