Supports Unit Manager on base, catering flow and unit logistics — UK Locations grade; confirm title on the call sheet and deal memo.

Duties

• Read the call sheet and sides before arriving
• Maintain radio/set etiquette and H&S
• Hand over notes/kit status at wrap
• Base layout support
• Catering and unit moves
• Runs for unit
• H&S awareness on base

Day to day

Base setup; cone work; help marshalling; keep walkways clear; support catering queues logistics.

Call times

Often the earliest department: lock-ups, signage, parking and neighbour liaison before trucks. Wrap after unit clears and the location is made good.

What to wear

Practical outdoor clothing; hi-vis when marshalling; boots; weatherproof layers; radio pouch; smarter kit for council/owner meetings in prep.

Tools & kit

Radio, hi-vis, torch, cone/signage kit as issued, measuring wheel, weatherproof notebook.
