Drives crew minibuses between base, unit and locations — UK Transport grade; confirm title on the call sheet and deal memo.

Duties

• Read the call sheet and sides before arriving
• Maintain radio/set etiquette and H&S
• Hand over notes/kit status at wrap
• Crew shuttle runs
• Safe loading
• Keep to movement schedule

Day to day

Run shuttle loops; passenger safety; keep to transport memo timings; clean and fuel.

Call times

Drivers commonly pre-call for cast pickups and truck moves. Facilities may overnight on location. Read the transport memo — it is separate from unit call.

What to wear

Smart-casual or blacks as briefed; hi-vis when banksman/marshalling; weather layers; compliant footwear for yards.

Tools & kit

Valid licences as required, phone/mount, vehicle checks checklist, hi-vis.
